Who is responsible

Information you send through the enquiry form

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, an optional telephone number, your preferred contact method, the type of enquiry, your session preference, an optional preferred consultation format and an optional short message.

This website does not store enquiries. There is no enquiries database, no contact list, no admin record of past enquiries and no marketing list. When you submit the form, the information is passed to the email delivery service and, once the message has been accepted for delivery, it is discarded by the website.

Email delivery

The enquiry is delivered to Pia's business email account by an email delivery service. That service processes the message solely in order to deliver it. The specific provider and its retention arrangements will be named here once the delivery method has been finalised and verified.

Retention in Pia's mailbox

After delivery, your enquiry sits in Pia's email account like any other email, and is kept in line with her email-retention practice for the practice. Clinical records, where a therapeutic relationship begins, are held separately from this website and are covered by the information Pia gives you at the start of the work.

Legal basis

Where you contact Pia about therapy, information is handled in order to respond to your request and to take steps at your request before entering into a therapeutic agreement. This section will be finalised on review.

Please do not send sensitive detail

The enquiry form is for arranging a first conversation. Please do not include detailed medical information, therapy history or other highly sensitive personal information.

Analytics and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising, profiling or session-recording tools.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of personal information Pia holds, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Because the website stores nothing, requests relating to an enquiry concern the copy held in Pia's email account.

Hosting and security

The website is served over an encrypted connection. Ordinary technical logs kept by the hosting infrastructure may include information such as IP addresses for security and reliability purposes; the website itself does not add enquiry content to any log.
